Yes, in most cases, we provide a three (3) year limited warranty on our painting services. In the rare instance that a project does not qualify for coverage, your project manager will explain the specific reasons why. Any provided warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Coverage - The warranty covers:
1. Peeling, blistering, or flaking of the applied paint resulting from defective workmanship by Finaltone Painting Company.
2. Exclusions - The warranty does not cover:
1. Any cracking, fading, chalking, or discoloration of paint.
2. Damage caused by structural defects, settling, shifting, moisture intrusion, mold, mildew, rot, rust, fire, or natural disaster.
3. Surfaces that, by their nature, cannot hold paint well in the long-term (e.g., horizontal surfaces, decks, roofs, floors, railings, steps, or walking surfaces, etc.).
4. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, or lack of maintenance.
5. Paint failure due to previous coatings not applied by Finaltone Painting Company.
3. Remedy
1. If a covered defect occurs within three (3) years from the date of project completion, Finaltone Painting Company, at its sole discretion, will determine and perform the appropriate touch-up repair of the affected area, using the same or similar paint.
2. The warranty does not include full repainting, matching of color due to natural fading, or reimbursement for labor or materials supplied by others.
4. Conditions
1. The warranty is valid only if the property owner has paid Finaltone Painting Company, in full.
2. Claims must be submitted in writing.
3. Finaltone Painting Company’s liability is strictly limited to the remedy described above.
The warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Finaltone Painting Company. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are made.
